A few years ago, I watched AI organize an inbox, something my brain has never quite mastered. It was a tiny moment, but it hit like a lightning bolt.
I’m not a fan of repetitive tasks, but I’ve never found a ‘housekeeper’ for my in-box that would be on the job 24/7. It was time to ‘Flip IT‘ and stop forcing ourselves to do things the hard way.
I went all in, testing, breaking, rebuilding because I saw AI wasn’t about replacing humans. It was about freeing us from the linear systems and repetitive process that no longer serve us as a global society. I saw a world of possibilities, this was a game-charger finally we could find new ways to thrive collectively in the future of work.

AI is the most powerful creative collaborator we’ve ever had but it’s important to remind ourselves the information it generates with fairly basic maths has all been created by humans. AI mirrors only a few processes compared to the billions of tasks your brain does every day. We are exceptional earthlings
Like like any tool it requires experience and mastery, reflecting the users knowledge and patterns of thinking. When you know how to take advantage of it’s capability it can reframe reality and make the impossible possible.
Artificial Intelliengence allows us to:
- End the soul-draining tasks that keep us trapped in a habitual state of busy
- Disrupt linear, outdated industrial systems that have people working like machines
- Give back the time we need to connect, play and create, innate gift’s that are essential for growth and evolution.
One marvellous mind can’t solve the world’s problems or the unknown problems we’re yet to face but I have faith in the human race, hope that our diversity and spirit will find new ways for us to thrive as as solution seekers pioneering new pathways ahead.

Almost 2.5 years ago, I started experimenting with AI. Mind blown by MidJourney’s capacity, I dove deep. A few weeks later, a YouTube video on email automation sent my mind into hyperdrive. I saw the limitless potential of AI—not just as a tool but as an extension of my creative thinking.
In November 2022, I fully embraced AI and automation, realizing AI could finally help my marvellous mind get sh*t done.

At university, I majored in Maths and Genetics before dropping out in my second year, realizing I could never wear a white coat to work as I’m far too messy! I returned to London to regroup and landed in the advertising industry, where I fell in love with print. It was the early ’90s, and Apple had taken over the industry. My nerdy problem-solving skills, hours spent making band posters with Photoshop, and writing code for my Commodore 64 finally paid off, putting me ahead of the game.
I don’t think I’ve ever stopped learning. I loved reading as a child and have never stopped. I’m passionate about so many areas of life, including leadership, technology, behavioural science, psychology, frogs, biology, Darwinism, Disney, musical theatre, and art history.
Oh, and I also love yoga, trekking, and dancing!
